I received some replacement ink cartridges from the company, but they were all empty. They said they’d give me a refund, but that never happened. I tried to reach out, but my emails just got ignored.

I’ve seen a few bad reviews floating around, but my time with Ink Raider was nothing short of excellent. They were more than willing to swap out the cartridges I mistakenly ordered, and they even covered the price difference. The service was quick, and the prices are quite fair. I’d definitely use them again, and I’d urge others not to let the negative comments sway them.

Up until now, I've had pretty good service, but the last two printer cartridges I received were defective. I reached out through the email helpdesk at tinkraider.co.uk and attached two photos of the test pages that showed the issues, yet I haven't heard back after six days. They do have an 0845 number, but it's a premium rate, which is against the law for helplines or customer service.

I'm still waiting for a response... Absolutely terrible customer service...

I ordered 5 Epson ink cartridges with express shipping 5 days back. I called them today to check on my order, and the lady informed me that the inks are out of stock! She mentioned they reached out to the supplier and are still waiting for a response! Why would you sell something you don’t actually have??? I’m done with this company for good!! Crooks, just holding onto people's cash!

I've been a customer of this company for quite some time, but I won't be coming back. I ordered a couple of ink cartridges on January 9th and finally got them more than two weeks later.

I reached out to Inkraider to find out what happened to my order, but I never heard back. This just ain't right when other businesses can get stuff to you in just two days.

I ordered some ink online back in July, but it still hasn't shown up. I tried reaching out via email, but got no reply. After several attempts to call, I finally managed to get through, but the person on the other end had no idea who they were. They just said, "Hello". I had to clarify if I was speaking to InkRaider. They promised a callback, but that never happened. A few days later, I called again and was told it had been dispatched, but the lady asked me which company I ordered from! Honestly, I think this site is a scam. Nothing has been sent! To make matters worse, I got charged £5 for those phone calls! Just steer clear of this place.

Like many others who’ve shared their experiences, I initially received decent service. However, my most recent order never showed up, and after reaching out via email multiple times without a reply, I had no choice but to file a claim with PayPal.

Seriously, steer clear of this business; they ought to be shut down right away.

I've consistently received top-notch service. No issues at all. Just put in a new order yesterday, so we’ll see how that goes. The phone was picked up by the usual lady, and there were no signs of any trouble.

I seriously can't wrap my head around how the good reviews for this place are real! My order ended up being unavailable, and they told me I'd get a full refund. Here I am, 35 days later, and still no sign of that refund! Total scam.

I ordered a JET TEC H56 black ink cartridge for my HP Officejet 5600. I waited a whole week for it to show up, and when it finally did, I installed it only to see a "Cartridge Error" message pop up. I got the same product from eBay, and it arrived in just 2 days and worked perfectly, so it’s clear that the Inkraider cartridge was defective. I reached out to Inkraider twice—first to check on my order status and got NO RESPONSE, and then to ask for a refund under the Sales of Goods Act 1979—still NO RESPONSE. Seriously, steer clear of this supplier. Just head over to eBay instead; they’re regulated and actually provide customer service. The name says it all, "ink RAIDER"—a person who attacks to steal...

I've shopped with this company several times and haven't had any issues. The website is straightforward to use, and their rates are really good. The regular delivery option is speedy and reliable.

I've consistently received great service from Inkraider. Placing an order is a breeze and they deliver fast. When I purchased a new printer, they swapped my unused cartridges without any hassle.

I just got my cartridges yesterday, and now my printer is saying I'm out of ink. I ain't out yet, but it's super annoying to hear that right after I put them in, it said the black one was nearly empty! And I hadn't even printed anything yet!! This is not cool!!

I've been using Inkraider here and there for a couple of years now, and I've tried other websites and shops too, but I keep returning to Inkraider since it's quick, budget-friendly, and super easy to deal with. Thanks a bunch!
